Mitch Leeuwe became fascinated with animation as a child after seeing The Lion King and dreamed of becoming a Disney artist. Although he didn’t know exactly what that entailed at the time, that dream prompted him to draw more and more. His career started as an illustrator and animator in advertising, after which he made the switch to the gaming industry. Eventually, he found his place as a freelancer, where he worked as a concept artist and designed characters for animated series, board games, theme parks and toys.
In recent years, Mitch has shared his passion for drawing via social media, especially Instagram, where he shares short, accessible tutorials. He also teaches via Patreon and offers eBooks and video tutorials on a variety of drawing topics. His goal is to make his tutorials accessible to everyone, young and old, experienced and inexperienced. Mitch believes that everyone can learn to draw and finds it important to explain complex matters in a simple and understandable way. That is where his strength lies: making complicated things simple.
This workshop explains step by step what the drawing fundamentals are that are used daily. The participants learn how to build a character with these basic principles and bring it to life in a friendly style, as often seen in animated films and series. The workshop starts with practicing basic shapes, which makes drawing complex characters much easier. Then it is shown how to draw a nice animal with these techniques.

Sara's very first creative debut at @Kreadoe took place in the middle of the lockdown. Her workshop immediately attracted more than 700 live participants. Not long after, she officially registered as an illustrator with the Chamber of Commerce and she has since sold more than 2000 courses. In addition, she has already released more than 10 stamp sets and more.
With more than 20 years of experience in education, she knows how to set up a workshop in such a way that it is accessible to everyone, you learn a lot and have a lot of fun in the meantime.
During @Kreadoe 2024, she will give a total of 4 digital workshops where she will introduce you to digital stamping in a cheerful way. And really, you can do this! In addition, she will also give a FREE mini-workshop on the main stage on both Friday and Saturday: so don't forget to bring your pencil and notebook!
